After moving to London, I decided to follow my passion for engineering and construction, and took up a degree in Structural Engineering at Imperial College London.

After I joined AG百家乐在线赌场官网 as a graduate trainee, I shadowed and worked with some of the best in the industry. The graduate programme gave me the chance to take different courses and I learned more about how the business works 鈥� from construction and temporary works, to contracts, cost and budget, planning, and sustainability. I never realised how diverse the business was, but the grad programme really highlighted it.

I moved on to work on one of AG百家乐在线赌场官网鈥檚 biggest projects 鈥� 20 Old Bailey 鈥� and the experience on a project of that size was invaluable. Day-to-day I was responsible for dealing with structural issues raised by sub-contractors, acting as a temporary works supervisor, reviewing and approving structural engineers鈥� drawings, and carrying out regular site inspections on the project.
